Description
At the counter you can find a person who can
- offer information on the activities and functioning of the Province, assist in understanding the laws and other administrative provisions, help in filling in forms relating to the services offered by the administration and self-certification, update on the outcome of requests already submitted to the provincial offices
- compiling ICEF declarations and collecting related applications (to obtain reduced rates for student transport, canteen, early and late arrivals at pre-school, ...);
- collect documentation for tenants' stay in ITEA accommodation;
- collecting applications for family assistance benefits (single provincial allowance, advance maintenance allowance);
- providing information on civil invalidity - U.O. of Legal Medicine of the APSS; instructing and collecting applications to ascertain the state of invalidity (accompaniment, L. 104 permits)
- activate the Provincial Services Card (health card) and provide information on its operation;
- issue SPID credentials, in order to access and use the services offered online by the Province.
