Bodies, companies and foundations
In order to perform its institutional tasks, the Autonomous Province of Trento makes use of Agencies, instrumental public bodies, Foundations and instrumental companies.
The Province has set up 'System companies'., instruments to support all the entities of the provincial system. This page shows the entities that constitute the provincial system pursuant to Annex A of the Provincial Law 3/2006 of institutional reform.
In addition to these, thelist of investee companies of the Province not having an instrumental character.
On the Transparency Portal, in the dedicated section, the data on the public bodies and private law entities controlled and the shareholdings in companies, as well as the public bodies supervised by the Autonomous Province of Trento, are published.
