General information
The activities that characterise digital facilitation centres and that are based on the European DigComp framework are
- facilitation delivered generally over the counter
- online training in self-learning mode
- group training (in-presence and online channels) through micro-courses for solving practical problems.
The facilitators of the facilitation points will implement customised teaching with various synchronous and asynchronous tools, specifically
- notions are learnt mainly in self-learning mode
- the application of what has been learnt takes place in presence through "learning by doing" processes.
Users will be made autonomous and aware of the following topics
- use of the Internet and digital technologies
- use of the main digital services of public bodies made available online
- use of the main private digital services: e.g. those related to videoconferencing, use of e-mail, social networks and instant messaging apps.
Half of the 22 Trentino Centres will be set up in the peripheral offices of the Autonomous Province of Trento and the other half in libraries or municipal bodies through a collaboration agreement between the Province and the Consortium of Trentino Municipalities. It is planned to cover all the valley communities of Trentino:
- Val di Fiemme territorial community (2 centres),
- Community of Primiero (1 centre),
- Valsugana and Tesino Community (1 centre),
- Alta Valsugana and Bersntol Community (1 centre),
- Cembra Valley Community (1 centre),
- Val di Non Community (2 centres),
- Comunità della Valle di Sole (2 centres),
- Giudicarie Community (2 centres),

Each centre will guarantee at least 20 hours of public facilitation per week. Each centre will have two facilitators trained through a dedicated pathway and a team of at least 7 additional facilitators will operate in an itinerant manner, supporting both the fixed centres and covering the peripheral areas through specific facilitation moments for the territories furthest from the centres.
The project envisages the opening of the first 16 centres within the first year of activity and a further 6 the following year.
Goals
To make the population competent and autonomous in using the Internet and digital services provided by private and public administrations.

Measure 1.7.2 Mission 1 Component 1 of the NRP is proposed as a systemic and lasting action to effectively support thedigital inclusion of citizens by developing their basicdigital competences as defined in the European DigComp framework.
