National Recovery and Resilience Plan and Complementary Plan - PNRR and PNC

The Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP ) envisages reforms and investments to accelerate the ecological and digital transition; improve the training of workers; and achieve greater gender, territorial and generational equity.

The Plan is divided into 7 Missions, i.e. main thematic areas on which to intervene, identified in full consistency with the 6 pillars of the Next Generation EU.

The Missions are divided into Components, areas of intervention that address specific challenges, composed in turn of Investments and Reforms for a total of 66 reforms and 150 investments.

The National Plan for Complementary Investments (PNC) to the PNRR is intended to finance, with national resources, specific actions that supplement and complement the PNRR:

• for interventions already provided for in the PNRR (co-financed programmes and interventions);
• for further investments (programmes and interventions of the Plan) that contribute to the achievement of the purposes of the PNRR.
