The Digital Facilitation Service Network project provides a free service that aims to provide basic digital support and training. In particular, it offers two types of activities
- Digital facilitation - Personalised individual training, delivered in person at one of the counters open throughout the province.

- On-line seminars - Group training through micro-courses in videoconferencing produced and delivered by TSM - Trentino School of Management.
After registering, users can take part in training sessions dedicated to deepening their knowledge of the main online public services.
