Description
This free service aims to provide support and training to citizens who want to get acquainted with topics such as digital identity, e-mail, ABC of the computer, smartphone apps, digital public services, communication tools and much more.
Citizens are not given technical assistance, but real digital facilitation, with the aim of empowering them and increasing their digital skills.
The service offers two types of activities:
- Digital facilitation - Personalised individual training, delivered in person at one of the counters open throughout the province.
During the appointment, a digital facilitator personally accompanies the user in the use of technologies, listening to his or her doubts and needs.
Each appointment lasts 30 minutes.
- Online seminars - Group training through micro-courses via videoconference.
Upon registration, users can participate in training sessions dedicated to learning more about the main online public services. All information on how to take advantage of this mode of training is available at this link.
It is planned to open the first 16 centres within the first year of activity and a further 6 the following year for a total of 22 centres, some at peripheral branches of the Province, others at locations proposed by the Consortium of Trentino Municipalities.
For more information, go to the dedicated project sheet.
