The company deals with the design and management of training projects and research/intervention activities aimed at the personnel of its Members, of the instrumental Bodies of the Autonomous Province of Trento, of the Provincial Council and of the other Companies or Agencies with which it has an agreement, and specifically

• it implements initiatives for the design, management, assessment and certification of training activities, also of a technical or training nature
• implements training initiatives aimed at preparing candidates for competitive examinations or other forms of personnel recruitment;
• it promotes forms of collaboration and coordination between the various training and refresher training subjects, which enable it to relate to similar situations at national and international level, also through the creation of agreements.

The internal provincial structure of reference for the substantive relationship with the company is the Organisation, Personnel and Innovation Department.
