Is it possible to link the pleasure of eating a piece of bread and butter in an alpine hut with the knowledge and techniques sedimented in a community? What connection exists between food production and the beauty of an Alpine landscape, characterised by farmsteads, forests, dry stone walls and pastures? These questions are the starting point for the "Taste Workshops" initiative, promoted by tsm|step Scuola per il Governo del Territorio e del Paesaggio, in collaboration with Fondazione Museo storico del Trentino and Slow Food Valle dell'Adige e Alto Garda. These four appointments will propose a landscape tale of the territory through the tasting of some typical products, guided by Slow Food experts and producers. The event is part of the collateral activities linked to the exhibition "Food and Landscape", on display until 11 March at the Piedicastello galleries.
