Music Arena, the Council entrusts Trentino Marketing with the tender for the manager

Next week Trentino Marketing will issue a public call for tenders to identify the entity that will manage the Trentino Music Arena inaugurated by the Vasco Rossi concert on 20 May 2022 for the next three years. The decision to use the system company is motivated by the fact that its main mission is the promotion of the Trentino brand. Trentino Marketing also actively collaborated in the success of the event, which also had the aim of promoting the region and integrating it with Trentino's tourism offer.
The organiser will be assessed on the basis of a technical proposal and a financial proposal by a commission to be appointed by Trentino Marketing. A series of requirements of experience and economic solidity will be requested to guarantee the seriousness of the proposal. The winner of the selection will be assigned the area exclusively for the period from 15 May to 30 September each year, without prejudice to the possibility for the Province to organise extraordinary events autonomously should the opportunity arise.
The President of the Province, Maurizio Fugatti, expresses his satisfaction for this step, which will allow for the full management of the Music Arena.
