The aim of the Agenda for Simplification is to contribute, through the various initiatives promoted, to making relations between the public administration and citizens and businesses more immediate, for example by reducing the bureaucratic information and documentation burden on citizens and streamlining controls on businesses.
The different areas of intervention are periodically updated with the sheets of the relevant initiatives.

The SUAP - Sportello Unico per le Attività Produttive - is an IT platform through which companies or the professionals who assist them, fill in and send the relevant paperwork to all the bodies involved.

The general objective of the action of the NRP and the Territorial Plan prepared by the Province
Autonomous Province of Trento at the end of 2021 is to arrive, through collaboration with
professionals and experts, to reorganise the most significant procedures in the sectors identified as
critical sectors (among others, construction, procurement, environment, transport, spatial planning) by simplifying them, digitising them and consequently reducing the time needed to conclude them.
The availability of standardised forms and mapped procedures on the institutional portal allows easier access to information by stakeholders.

The project aims to rationalise controls by increasing their impact, effectiveness and efficiency, through administrative, organisational, technological and management measures. The aim is to address these issues with innovative techniques and technologies, the adoption of the concept of interoperability, incentive solutions to compliance, as well as to promote the organisational culture of control operators.
