Description
On the Province's institutional website, for each administrative procedure within the province's jurisdiction, documentation and forms are published, approved and updated by the competent structures.
This activity is flanked by the mapping of procedures, for which information and descriptive sheets are prepared, linked directly to the relevant forms. In this way, citizens and businesses can easily find the documentation, forms and information of the procedures of interest.
Current situation: as of 31.03.2023, the standardised provincial forms consisted of a total of 1470 certified forms.
With regard to the mapping of the procedures and services provided online by the provincial administration, the situation, as at 31.03.2023, is as follows
- 1044 administrative procedures
- 619 service files
- 134 networked services.
The mapping of procedures and processes since 2021, in conjunction with the publication of the new institutional portal, has been included in the preparation of the single catalogue of public services https://www.provincia.tn.it/Servizi.
