Description
The activity of simplification and acceleration concerns a set of procedures that traditionally, due to the complexity of the interests involved and/or the number of stakeholders, present criticalities ('bottlenecks') that prevent citizens and businesses from getting answers in less time than the current average. The aim is to simplify and speed up these procedures by reviewing the current processes, including through regulatory, as well as administrative, organisational and, above all, technological interventions. Most of these procedures relate to sectors such as procurement, the environment, energy, construction, and land use planning.
The general objective of the Territorial Plan, through the collaboration with professionals and experts, is therefore to reorganise the most significant procedures in the indicated sectors, reducing their conclusion times.
In addition to this main strand, the contribution of experts is also envisaged for the support of administrations in participating in calls for tenders related to the NRP projects.
