Description
Provincial Law 6/2022 'Simplification and acceleration measures in the field of public works and expropriations, land management, and environmental assessments for the pursuit of the objectives of the PNRR and PNC' initiated the gradual updating of the provincial regulations on administrative activity, bringing them into line with the corresponding State regulations, with particular reference to the institution of the services conference and its use by the bodies involved, both in video conference mode and as an exchange of documents in telematic mode.
The updating of the rules on administrative procedures was completed with the approval of Provincial Law 2/2023 'Amendments to the Provincial Law on Administrative Activities 1992', which intervened on some general provisions to bring the rules into line with those of the State and for the purpose of the overall 'maintenance' of the text. The objective of simplifying and accelerating complex or interconnected procedures was also completed with the introduction in the provincial legislation of the single interlocutor at the administration: this role can be played by the competent structure or administration or by the one-stop shop, which takes charge of the file submitted by the interested party and liaises with all the other administrations involved in the procedure, making extensive use of the services conference tool.
