Simplification of the rules on the provincial law on administrative activity

Provincial Law 6/2022 'Simplification and acceleration measures on public works and expropriations, land management, and environmental assessments for the pursuit of the objectives of the PNRR and PNC' initiated the gradual updating of provincial regulations on administrative activity, bringing them into line with the corresponding State regulations, with particular reference to the institution of the services conference and its use by the bodies involved, both in video conference mode and as an exchange of documents in telematic mode.

Provincial Law No. 2 of 24 January 2023 'Modifications to the Provincial Law on Administrative Activity 1992' completed the reform of the regulations on administrative procedures, intervening on some general provisions to bring the provincial regulations into line with those of the State and for the purpose of the overall 'maintenance' of the text.

The 'single point of contact' with the administration was also introduced in the Province.
This role will be played by the competent structure or the one-stop shop, which will take charge of the dossier submitted by the interested party and will liaise with all the other administrations involved in the procedure.

• Updating of the provincial law to the corresponding national law
• Introduction of the simplified services conference (telematic transmission of the necessary documents) as the ordinary way of managing the services conference
• Alignment with State provisions on digital administration and telematic communications
• Introduction of the logic of the single interlocutor: a single subject (administration or IT platform) will manage the dossier presented by the citizen by liaising with all the subjects involved in the procedure, with a view to the so-called 'single procedure'.

• 18.6.2022 : Provincial Law No. 6 of 16/6/2022 comes into force, introducing the synchronous and asynchronous services conference into the provincial system.
