Description
Innovative, fast and simple interaction between the public administration and citizens and businesses takes on a central role and is made possible through structural and state-of-the-art interventions, particularly in the area of the new provincial institutional portal, the digitalisation of services and the catalogue of public services.
Providing a quality service means adopting a multidisciplinary approach, capable of making the value of the service itself evident and amplified for the user, starting from the users' expectations and needs. The careful analysis of all the technological and organisational aspects connected to the provision of a service makes it possible to implement the appropriate simplifications, supported by efficient and standardised digital procedures, thus transforming digital services into services that are easy to use and accessible.
A few years ago, the Autonomous Province of Trento embarked on a path of renewal of its portals, with a view to improving access and use of information for users, envisaging the development of homogeneous and multilingual web services, in line with European and national provisions on security, privacy, interoperability, and accessibility, designed with co-design methods and tools and User Experience analysis and standardising the information managed according to common and shared schemes.

Digital services technology redesign
Redesign of the Province's digital services with a user-oriented design approach and subsequent migration to the new portal, in order to completely digitise the use of digital services for citizens and businesses.
The project is realised thanks to the European Funds of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Create a new institutional portal that aggregates most useful information for users and improves the usability and accessibility of provincial websites and web portals.
