Description

The digital transformation of the Public Administration and its process of innovation are closely linked to the contextual growth, dissemination and enhancement of the digital skills of personnel, who play a fundamental role in improving the services offered to citizens and businesses, as also confirmed by European and Italian development plans.

The provincial initiatives are part of the broader design for the development of a territorial digital competence, favouring, through diversified actions, a qualitative leap in digital skills and knowledge both of citizens, as users and users of digital services, and of professionals in the public administration and in the private sector.

Through the implementation of the network of digital facilitation services (Measure 1.7.2 of the NRP), the activation of at least 22 facilitation points - at least 50% of which at the existing peripheral provincial assistance and information desks - is envisaged for Trentino, reaching approximately 17,000 citizens.
This will allow

  • to increase the digital autonomy of the population in the 66-74 age group (primary target)
  • as well as to build further enabling capacities of the other segments of the population, capable of counteracting the digital divide for those looking for work (secondary target).

In parallel, the focus on strengthening the digital skills of the PA's human capital has focused on two key terms: skills and methodologies. This is the context for the creation of a territorial hub on e-skills and methodologies for the digital transformation and innovation of PA, which could define Trentino as a leading territory at national level.
