A new call for tenders for the assignment of regency or deputising posts in the secretarial offices in the various administrative realities of Trentino. The document was approved by the Council, at the proposal of the provincial councillor for local authorities, Mattia Gottardi. In light of the shortage of municipal secretaries in the municipalities' workforces, the executive's representative deemed it necessary to ensure maximum openness in the call for applications, looking in particular at new entrants to the profession, given the forthcoming closure of the competition for access to the functions of municipal secretary. "Municipalities are the bodies closest to the citizens and their full functionality is not only fundamental, but strategic in a land of Autonomy like ours. In fact, this Council believes that all Trentino citizens must be able to access essential, high-quality services, for which the professionalism of a secretary is necessary,' are the words of Gottardi, who moreover announces the opening of further new competitions in correspondence with the conclusion of the qualifying examinations scheduled for 2023.
