Application for approval of the statutes of the land improvement consortium

With this service, the land improvement consortia are entitled to use the model statutes approved by the Provincial Council and to make amendments to their existing statutes.

The application may be submitted at any time of the year.

First and second degree land improvement consortia are targeted.

The president of the land improvement consortium must complete and sign the form according to the outline below, with all the annexes described, and send it to the competent agricultural department, by one of the following methods

• electronic transmission by e-mail to the address: serv.agricoltura@pec.provincia.tn.it;
• hand delivery directly to the competent structure or at the peripheral assistance and information desks
• dispatch by postal service.

The following documents must be attached to the application

• a simple copy of the minutes of the meeting that approved the new statute with the majorities provided for by the law and the statute in force. Said minutes shall also contain the indication of publication on the Consortium's notice board;
• a copy of the new approved statute;
• information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016 on data processing.
