Puppet theatre stars at 'Euregio Thursdays

A full house yesterday at the Casa della Pesa in Bozen for the puppet theatre 'Holle und mehr' staged by Bruneck artist Gernot Nagelschmied. Children, young people, families and the elderly thoroughly enjoyed the last Euregio Thursday event of 2022 at the Casa della Pesa in Bolzano. The evening drew a sell-out crowd for the puppet theatre 'Holle und mehr'. The audience was welcomed by Euregio representative Christoph von Ach, then it was the turn of the show, which enraptured the audience into the world of Frau Holle's wonderful fairy tale, with an evocative musical accompaniment by Daniel Hofstätter, Ulli Mattle and Christian Mairer.
Nagelschmied recounted the ancient Grimm brothers' fairy tale with pathos and empathy, with its humorous and emotional characters, closing the evening with a much-appreciated finale.
The calendar of events at the Casa della Pesa in Bolzano, in conjunction with the 'Thursdays of the Euregio', scheduled every third Thursday of the month, will resume with new dates in 2023.

Residential service for psychiatric persons for the Alta Valsugana, new manager wanted

Today, the Provincial Council, at the proposal of Councillor Stefania Segnana, approved the criteria for the accreditation and contracting of a new managing body for social and residential health activities in the field of mental health at psychiatric therapeutic rehabilitation facilities of an extensive nature.
"Through these new 10 places," explained Councillor Segnana, "we are able to guarantee the continuation of the psychiatric residential service, without a break in continuity for the people currently housed in Pergine Valsugana in psychiatric residential communities of an extensive nature in the facilities owned by APSS. This measure is necessary in order to be able to dispose of part of the same facilities in the Alta Valsugana territory for other activities within the framework of the PNRR interventions.
The new accredited body will negotiate with APSS the residential service for a period of 36 months, renewable.
Applications for authorisation and institutional accreditation can be submitted by 17 January 2023. The forms are available on the institutional website of the Autonomous Province of Trento (https://www.provincia.tn.it/Documenti-e-dati/Modulistica).
