General information
The Dialogical-work project responds to the educational challenges of aligning the competencies of health, social and education professionals with the complex and evolving needs and expectations emerging in changing societies by providing the competencies to professionals through a networked dialogue-oriented method of working that is still lacking in the educational curriculum of today's professionals.
In each participating country, the Dialogical-work project will establish a network of "inter-organisational nodes" of stakeholder groups that have an institutional responsibility in the training of professionals as well as in the organisation, evaluation and delivery of educational/social/health services. This will strengthen the interconnection between theory and the working environment and help to develop the capacity of trainers and tutors, as well as professional skills according to local and national needs and the day-to-day working practices of those involved.
The impact of the project will be on two levels:
1. local, through its work-based learning approach and the problems of each inter-organisational node;
2. European, by producing evidence to support policy orientations.
Goals
The objective of the Dialogical-work project is to develop innovative, bottom-up dialogical approaches to promote integrated, multi-professional work, which can be made available through training interventions and tested through dialogical training workshops
