European funding programmes
European funding programmes are the financial instrument through which the European Union (and especially the European Commission through its Directorates General) implements its policies.
These programmes may be managed directly by the Commission (we speak in this case of direct or sectoral management programmes), or in competition with the Member States (we speak in this case of European territorial cooperation programmes).

In other words, projects are a set of activities, means and investments that, in a given place and for a given period of time, contribute to the achievement of certain objectives. Through projects, programmes find concrete realisation.
Calls - or calls for proposals - for European Projects are calls for project proposals. Here you will find information, links and how to access the calls.
