General information
In the project, special attention will be given to technologies related to virtual reality, to be applied especially in the field of language teaching and learning, in coherence with the "European Commission's Recommendation on Languages" that calls for the exploration of virtual learning environments in order to develop collaborative and creative learning modes. The main project activities will consist of mapping training needs, highlighting the advantages of virtual reality in educational contexts, training teachers and developing their skills in using virtual reality for teaching.
Goals
The overall objective of the Virtual Reality in Teaching (VirTrain) project is to provide teachers and learners, particularly in vocational education and training, with state-of-the-art technology in order to strengthen the quality of teaching and learning capacity.
