The ERDF Programme sets out priorities and measures for the use of the European Regional Development Fund to ensure a competitive, sustainable and well-connected Trentino. It provides €181 million for the 2021–2027 programming period.

The ERDF 2021 - 2027 in Trentino
The 2021-2027 ERDF Programme of PAT is the document with which the Province outlines its programming strategy for resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which is the main instrument used by the European Union to consolidate economic and social cohesion by correcting imbalances between regions.

The Enabling Conditions constitute the system of requirements that each Member State must fulfil in order to be eligible for European cohesion funds, and thus European Structural Funds such as the ERDF. They represent the preconditions for the effective and efficient implementation of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2021-2027. Their fulfilment is intended to ensure that the implementation of programmes financed with European funds complies with EU law.
