European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development – EAFRD
The EAFRD, together with the EAGF (European Agricultural Guarantee Fund), is one of the two funding instruments of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), supporting the vitality and economic viability of rural areas through funding and measures to promote rural development.
The CAP National Strategic Plan (PSP) has allocated €197 million to the Autonomous Province of Trento for the2023–2027 programming period of rural development policies, to be implemented through the Rural Development Programming Complement (CSR). View the timetable for calls for proposals.

The CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027
The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2023-2027 brings with it novelties compared to the approach of the previous 2014-2022 programming period, as each EU Member State draws up its own CAP Strategic Plan into which funding for income support, rural development and market measures is channelled.
