The organisations included in the relevant provincial list of organisations providing services accessible via Service Vouchers must comply with the Criteria and procedures for the implementation of Service Vouchers approved by Provincial Executive Resolution No. 2066 of 13 December 2024, as amended by Resolution No. 310 of 28 February 2025, by Resolution No. 2110 of 19 December 2025, Resolution No. 487 of 10 April 2026 and, most recently, amended by Resolution No. 1290 of 28 August 2026.
Service Vouchers forreconcilingwork commitments with family care enable eligible families to reduce the costs of education, childcare and care services for children up to the age of 14 (or under 18 in the case of children with disabilities, learning difficulties or situations of particular hardship certified by the relevant professionals), which are complementary to the public services provided for the same purpose within the province, subject to a personal financial contribution of at least 2 per cent or 5 per cent (depending on the child’s age) of the cost of the service eligible for funding.
Please note: From 23 December 2024, the procedure for submitting applications for inclusion in the List of Providers authorised to deliver services purchasable via Service Vouchers for the three-year period 2025–2027 is open. Applications for inclusion in the List will be accepted until 30 September 2027.
The Service Vouchers are funded by the resources of the Autonomous Province of Trento’s ESF+ Programme 2021–2027, with co-financing from the European Union – the European Social Fund Plus (40 per cent), the Italian State (42 per cent) and the Autonomous Province of Trento (18 per cent). Given the significance of this scheme, the Service Vouchers have been identified in the Programme asOperations of Strategic Importance.
Service Vouchers must beactivated within 180 daysof their issue, and the service mustbe completed within 12 monthsof activation.
The activityreportmust be submitted within 180 days of the completion of the work-life balance support services provided in relation to each Voucher.
Within 90 days of receiving the documentation, the Ad Personam Multifunctional Centre will confirm the breakdown of costs claimed for the service provided or will highlight any discrepancies; only thereafter may the Service Provider submitatax-validinvoice or expense claimto the Provincial Administration for settlement.
Organisations providing educational, care and childcare services for minors, which can be accessed via service vouchers, are required to comply with certain obligations regarding visibility, transparency and communication, summarised on the page “Obligations regarding visibility, transparency and communication in force for the period 2025–2027’, with the aim of promoting and raising awareness of the EU’s contribution.
