Description
Pursuant to paragraph 15 of the "Criteria and implementation methods for Service Vouchers - period 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2027", approved by the resolution of the Provincial Council no. 2066 dated 13 December 2024, the Bodies qualified to provide care and custody educational services by means of Service Vouchers within the framework of the 2021-2027 ESF+ Programme of the Autonomous Province of Trento, have specific communication obligations in order to ensure transparency in the use of the Funds and to strengthen the awareness of the role of the European Union.
In order to provide a support tool to the Bodies to facilitate the compliance with the requirements, the Managing Authority has prepared the annex "Summary of the requirements on visibility, transparency and communication", created with the aim of facilitating and supporting the Bodies in the application of these provisions, as well as an editable A3 poster model (to be placed in a place that is easily visible to the public, for example the entrance area of the premises where the service is carried out and/or the premises of the Grantseeking Body and/or the premises where the service applicants are received).
It is hereby specified that the Entities' current obligations in terms of visibility, transparency and communication are set forth in the aforementioned document "Criteria and procedures for the implementation of the Service Vouchers - period 1 January 2025 - 31 December 2027" (par. 15), whereas the "Vademecum on Service Voucher communication obligations" shared with your Entities with memorandum protocol 0145893 dated 22/02/2023 is no longer in force, as it is valid only for the period 2022-2024.
