Restrictions
The rates for the provision of the service must remain in force from 1 September to 31 August of the following year and must be applied to all potential beneficiaries of the service, regardless of whether or not the Service Voucher instrument is applied, subject to a fee (so-called "administrative costs") equal to
- € 25.00 up to 150 hours of service that can be financed through the Voucher
- € 50.00 over 150 hours of service that can be financed by means of the Voucher.
The Service Voucher does not recognise any contribution in the event of the child's absence, for whatever reason, nor in the event that the Voucher holder is absent from work due to holidays and/or unpaid leave other than parental leave for another child. On the other hand, absence from work is covered for medical examinations, post-injury or out-patient rehabilitation, hospital or care centre admissions, illnesses, maternity leave and parental leave for another child who is not the beneficiary of the services requested with the Service Voucher, and leave from work as provided for in the employment contract.
