Organisations included in the provincial list of entities that provide services through Service Vouchers must follow the Criteria and methods for the implementation of Service Vouchers approved by Resolution G.P. no. 2066/2024, amended by Resolution no. 310 of 28 February 2025.
The Service Vouchers for the reconciliation of work commitments and family care allow families meeting the requirements to reduce the costs of education, custody and care services for minors up to the age of 14 (or under 18 in the case of minors with disabilities, learning disorders or situations of particular hardship certified by the competent personnel) in addition to the public services provided for the same purpose in the provincial territory, against a personal financial contribution of at least 2% or 5% (depending on the age of the minor) of the cost of the service eligible for funding.
Please note: As of 23 December 2024, the procedure to apply for inclusion in the List of Entities qualified to provide services that can be acquired through Service Vouchers for the three-year period 2025-2027 is open. The possibility of inclusion in the List will be active until 30 September 2027.
The Service Vouchers are financed with the resources of the 2021-2027 ESF+ Programme of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with co-financing from the European Union - European Social Fund plus (40%), the Italian State (42%) and the Autonomous Province of Trento (18%). Given the relevance of this measure, Service Vouchers have been identified in the Programme as Operations of Strategic Importance.
Service Vouchers must be activated within 180 days of their issue and the service must be completed within 12 months of activation.
Activity reports must be filed within 180 days from the end of the conciliation services provided related to each Voucher.
Within 90 days from the receipt of the documentation, the Ad Personam Multifunctional Structure shall confirm the Statement of Costs requested for the service provided, or it shall report any discrepancies; only then may the Granting Body submit to the Provincial Administration the invoice or fiscally valid expense report for the balance.
The Bodies providing care and custody educational services for minors that can be acquired through the Service Vouchers are required to comply with certain obligations regarding visibility, transparency and communication, which are summarised on the page "Visibility, transparency and communication obligations in force for the period 2025-2027", with the aim of highlighting and publicising the EU contribution.
