The initiative is part of the evolutionary path of the IT-Wallet System and the broader European digital identity framework (eIDAS 2.0),
The project envisages the development of 5 data reuse e-services to certify the possession of personal credentials, of which the Autonomous Province of Trento is an Authentic Source. These APIs are functional to the subsequent creation of Electronic Attribute Attestationswithin the IT-Wallet ecosystem.
Goals
- Develop and publish 5 APIs (e-services) on the National Digital Data Platform (PDND) Catalogue.
- EnsureAPI compliance with AgID guidelines and IT-Wallet technical specifications.
- Assess the feasibility of astatistical API for anonymous monitoring of accesses via IT-Wallet to provincial online services.
Milestones
- M1 - Analysis and Design: Analysis of the 5 API domains and design of the data model consistent with the IT-Wallet system.
- M2 - Development and Testing: Configuration and publication of the API in the PDND test environment and drafting of the technical documentation.
- M3 - Validation: Self-functioning tests in the test environment with dummy data.
- M4 - Go-Live (31/03/2026): Publication of the 5 APIs in the PDND production environment with real data delivery.
