Improving the accessibility and use of the Autonomous Province of Trento's digital services provided to the public

Three types of intervention are foreseen:

March 2025: Resolved 50% of accessibility error types on the 5 digital services analysed. Carried out further editions of accessibility training workshops for provincial employees and involved a total of 1,000 employees, 100 director-managers and 100 specialist employees in the training courses held. Increased satisfaction with their working conditions of at least 50% of employees benefiting from assistive technologies.
