General information
Three types of intervention are foreseen:
Intervention No. 1: provision of assistive technology and software for workers with disabilities. Ensure coverage of at least 50% of the need for assistive technology and software for workers with disabilities. The intervention provides for the purchase and installation of assistive technologies for provincial employees who need aids to carry out their work activities.
Intervention No. 2: training of administration employees and the territory on accessibility issues. The general objective of this intervention is to disseminate the issues of accessibility to digital content to all employees of the administration and employees of public bodies in the territory.
Intervention No. 3: 50% reduction of the types of accessibility errors on the digital services indicated. The intervention provides for the improvement of the degree of accessibility of 5 digital services offered by the Province with a high number of annual users.

Milestones
June 2024: Conducted accessibility analysis and produced list of errors found in 5 digital services of the province.
December 2024: Training material, specialised course and first accessibility training workshop for provincial employees produced. Purchased and installed at least 50% of assistive technology to provincial employees with disabilities who requested it.
March 2025: Resolved 50% of accessibility error types on the 5 digital services analysed. Carried out further editions of accessibility training workshops for provincial employees and involved a total of 1,000 employees, 100 director-managers and 100 specialist employees in the training courses held. Increased satisfaction with their working conditions of at least 50% of employees benefiting from assistive technologies.
