From the evening of today to the early hours of Friday, an Atlantic disturbance will also affect Trentino, causing widespread rainfall, sometimes even in the form of showers. The most intense phase is expected in the morning and in the central hours of tomorrow, Thursday 13 April. By the early hours of Friday, average rainfall totals of 20 and 40 millimetres are expected, as well as snowfall of around 1700 metres. The snow quota, initially above about 1700 metres, will tend to drop to 800 - 1000 metres during the most intense phases and at the end of the event. Winds will tend to strengthen from the north with local gusts in excess of 60 km/h.
