To update your RUI registration, you need to access the Transport Portal and authenticate yourself via SPID. Instructions and manuals are published in the appropriate section of the Transport Portal(click here for the link).

OPE LEGIS inspectors (authorised technical managers before 2018) have until 01 December 2025 to register with the NRUI. Instructions and manuals are published in the appropriate section of the transport portal(click here for link).

From 2 January 2026, OPE LEGIS inspectors who are not registered with the RUI and who are not up to date with their training will no longer be able to operate.
