Great result for Trentino at the Arge Alp Figure Skating Games, which took place last weekend at the Acinque Ice Arena in Varese. In the general classification, in fact, the Trentino team took the third step of the podium, after Lombardy and Bavaria, which had the advantage of a higher number of athletes in the various categories.
The event saw the participation of around 140 young skaters representing the ten Arge Alp territories, united by the desire to promote sport, sustainability and Alpine culture in cross-border cooperation.
The 19 athletes from Trentino, accompanied by the management and technicians of the Trentino Committee of the Italian Ice Sports Federation, brilliantly represented the Autonomous Province of Trento in the Junior Under 19, Youth Under 16, Under 14 and Under 12 categories.
The skaters came from the clubs Circolo Pattinatori Artistici Trento, Sporting Ghiaccio Artistico Pinzolo, Fiemme On Ice, Val di Fassa Artistico Ghiaccio and Artistico Ghiaccio Fiemme.
