Administrative police
In summary, the Administrative Police of the Autonomous Province of Trento is responsible for public shows and entertainment, adventure parks, various art forms, motor racing, inter-municipal cycling events, travelling attractions, door-to-door sales, business agencies, the trade in antiques and second-hand goods, the production and trade in precious items, the trade in audio/video media, photography, film shoots and video lottery halls.
It authorises the aforementioned activities, where the necessary conditions are met, subject to verification by the Provincial Supervisory Commission for Theatres and Other Public Entertainment Venues.
It carries out supervisory and monitoring activities in the areas of competence mentioned, as well as in relation to the ban on smoking and the prohibition on the consumption, serving and sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18, and also initiates the relevant penalty proceedings.

Certified notification for events with up to 2,000 people – SCIA2000

Certified notification for events with up to 200 people – SCIA200
For dance evenings and DJ sets, small concerts without dancing, choral performances, dance performances, figure skating displays, folk shows and traditional music, musicals, cabaret shows and magic shows. Please refer to the forms before the ‘Dates and Deadlines’ section.
