Administrative police
In short, the Administrative Police of the Autonomous Province of Trento deals with public shows and entertainment, acrobatic parks, various arts, motor races, supra-communal cycling events, travelling attractions, home sales, business agencies, trade in antique and second-hand goods, production and trade in valuables, trade in audio/video media, photographic art, filming, video lottery halls.
It authorises the aforementioned activities, where the conditions are met, subject to verification by the Provincial Supervisory Commission for theatres and other public entertainment venues.
It provides supervision and control activities in the aforementionedareas of competence, as well as in relation to the ban on smoking, the ban on the consumption, administration and sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18, also instructing the related sanctioning procedures.

Reporting live events (theatre, music, dance or musical performances) and film screenings with up to 2000 participants.
Certified notification for events up to 200 persons - SCIA200
Public entertainment events: dancing and DJ sets, musical concerts without dancing, choral, dance/dance and figure skating performances, folk and popular music shows, musicals, cabaret and magic shows.

Supervisory Commission for Entertainment Venues
The commission gives a technical opinion on the safety of places or venues for public entertainment and/or entertainment; it carries out supervisory and control tasks in cooperation with the police.
