To submit the notification, the following are required:
- certification thatthe land or premises, whether public or private,are available for the event
- authorisation from the local council regardingnoise pollution
- compliance with the moral requirements set out in Article 11 of Royal Decree 773/1931 and Article 67 of Legislative Decree 159/2011
A) In the case of an event organised at a venue (premises, public establishment, outdoor area, marquee or other) for which theProvincial Supervisory Commission has already issued a favourable opinion within the two years precedingthe date of the event, the following is also required:
- attach the declaration for temporary installations (Form TEMP)
- state the number and date of the Provincial Supervisory Commission’s report
where required by the minutes, the organiser must obtain atechnical inspection certificatefor the structures and installations, drawn up by a qualified professional who must be registered in the register of engineers, architects, industrial surveyors or land surveyors
B) in the case of an event organised at a venue (premises, public establishment, outdoor area, marquee or other venue) for which an occupancy permit has been issued by the competent provincial administrative police service, pursuant to Article 80 of the T.U.L.P.S., the following must also be indicated:
- the number and date of the occupancy permit issued by the provincial administrative police authority
C) in the case of an event organised outdoors without any structures or facilities, it is also necessary to:
- attach the declaration (White Form) – not applicable to dance events or DJ sets, but only for bands and choirs
D) In the case of an outdoor event organised without any structures but with certified sound systems, it is also necessary to:
- attach the technical certificate of conformity (Green Form)
- state the name, contact details and professional register of the professional who drew up the form. The professional must be registered in the register of engineers, architects, industrial surveyors or land surveyors.
E) In the case of an outdoor event with modest structures (gazebos, stages, trussing, screens)and certifiedinstallations , the following is also required:
- attach the technical certificate of conformity (Yellow Form)
- state the name, contact details and professional register of the professional who drew up the form. The professional, who must be registered with the professional register of engineers, architects, industrial surveyors or quantity surveyors, is required to provide the organiser with thetechnical inspection reportfollowing the installation of the structures and systems.
F) In the case of an event organised using structures with a capacity of fewer than 200 people (marquees, gazebos, pagodas or grandstands) and related ancillary fittings (stage, kitchen, American-style stands, screens, etc.) and systems, the following is also required:
- attach the technical certificate of conformity (Red Form)
- state the name, contact details and professional register of the professional who drew up the form. The professional, who must be registered in the register of engineers, architects, industrial surveyors or land surveyors, is required to provide the organiser with thetechnical inspection reportonce the structures and equipment have been installed.
G) In the case of an event organised inside a church, the following is also required:
- attach the declaration in lieu of an affidavit (Churches Form)
- state the name, contact details and professional register of the professional who drew up the form. The professional must be registered in the register of engineers, architects, industrial surveyors or land surveyors.
H) In the case of an event organised inside premises, a public establishment or other venue lacking a certificate of occupancy issued by the relevant provincial administrative police service, pursuant to Article 80 of the T.U.L.P.S., the following is also required:
- attach the technical report for occasional events (Form REL)
- state the name, contact details and professional register of the professional who drew up the form. The professional, who must be registered in the register of engineers, architects, industrial surveyors or land surveyors, is required to provide the organiser with thetechnical inspection certificateonce the structures and installations have been set up.
