Description

For events with up to 200 participants, you may submit the relevant SCIA (Certified Notification of Commencement of Activity). 

The event must take place over a maximum of three consecutive days, end by midnighton each day, and be of an occasional nature.

A SCIA cannot be submitted; instead, a specific application (see below under ‘related services’) must be made for events:

  • involving other types of entertainment
  • or with a different timeframe
  • or of a permanent nature

To hold the event, you must:

  • submit to the Trento Police Headquarters (certified email: dipps183.00f0@pecps.poliziadistato.it) thenotice of a public event (Art. 18 of Royal Decree 773/1931 – T.U.L.P.S.)
