The application must be submitted between 10 January and 28 February each year for the multi-service activity carried out in the previous calendar year.
The interested party is notified of the outcome of the procedure by letter/PEC.
Information on the status of the procedure can be obtained from the competent office (contact details are given in this information sheet).
Failure on the part of the structure to respect the time limit for the procedure may allow the interested party to apply to the Director General of the Department of Crafts, Commerce, Promotion, Sport and Tourism to request the conclusion of the procedure.
Without prejudice to the possibility of appealing to the competent jurisdictional authority, depending on the flaws raised, in the event of a negative outcome it is possible to appeal to the President of the Republic within 120 days from the notification of the measure.
