The Autonomous Province of Trento encourages the establishment and presence of food and essential goods retail businesses, as well as public establishments for the serving of beverages , in areas lacking similar services, pursuing the objective of safeguarding the heritage of retail businesses that operate in a capillary manner in the peripheral and mountainous areas of the provincial territory. The criteria for implementing the regulation also envisage using the same businesses for the provision of accessory services (so-called multi-service activities), useful to the local population, so as to improve the quality of life of residents in the areas served.
The data published in the table are regulated by the Determination of the Director of the Crafts and Commerce Service no. 9772 of 9/09/2022.
A map is made available with the services available to citizens at commercial establishments. Personal data on the owners of multi-service businesses, even if contained in the business names of the businesses, are not shown on the map.
The information is updated within two weeks of any changes provided by the business owners. Any requests for changes can be forwarded by pec attaching an identification document of the legal representative of the business to serv.artcom@pec.provincia.tn.it.
