In this section, programming and planning documents with related reporting documents, approved by the Council, are published.
In order to strengthen the planning - control cycle and to increase theeffectiveness of the decision-making and policyimplementation processes, the Administration is working towards a growing integration between the various instruments, to ensure an ever greater consistency between the planning choices defined at a strategic level, the priorities identified with the budget manoeuvre, then operationally translated into sectoral planning and their precise declination in the objectives of administrative action.
Increasing attention, to complete the cycle, is devoted to monitoring, control and evaluation activities.
