The business that intends to carry out multi-service activities, if in possession of the requirements set forth in Appendix A) of the Provincial Council Resolution No. 2222 of 23 December 2024, shall request from the Crafts and Trades Service, for each point of sale interested in the contribution, the distinctive sign that characterises and identifies the shop as a multi-service business, making an appointment at the Structure.
On the day of collection, the applicant shall notify the Structure of the multi-service activities he/she intends to carry out, sign the form certifying delivery of the distinctive sign and the privacy policy form, and also provide the data required by Determination No. 9772 of 9 September 2022, with which the Crafts and Trade Service shall proceed, no sooner than one and no later than two weeks after delivery of the distinctive sign, to update the multi-service map published on the Autonomous Province of Trento website on the page "Multi-Services: map of retail outlets".
The map does not include personal data on the owners of multi-service businesses, even if they are contained in the company names of the businesses concerned.
Multiservice activities carried out from the day after the date of delivery of the distinctive sign, to be displayed outside the outlet, together with the opening hours to the public and the list of multiservice activities provided, specifying which are provided free of charge regardless of any purchase of goods or consumption in the outlet.
In the event that the outlet does not meet the requirements as a result of investigations, verifications, if the business ceases operations or is taken over by another business, the distinctive sign must be returned to the competent Service.
The multi-service activity may be carried on for the purposes of entitlement to the grant only upon delivery of the distinctive sign by the competent provincial structure.
The business enterprise applying for the grant undertakes to accept any and all checks on the possession of the requirements, compliance with the requirements set forth in the criteria in force, the deed granting the grant, and the deed of assignment, if any.
The competent structure may carry out checks and verifications, also through the local authorities, on compliance with the requirements set out in Annex A) to the Resolution of the Provincial Executive No. 2222 of 23 December 2024.
The business establishment concerned shall be notified of any checks carried out.
