Fuel: annual communication disbursed

The service allows you to fill in and send online the compulsory communication that operators of road and motorway installations, recreational craft and aircraft installations and installations for private use, including agricultural entrepreneurs, must make

• ordinarily by 31 March, on the quantity of fuel dispensed (used) in the previous year;
• the day on which a fuel distribution facility for private use is decommissioned (closed);
• within 30 days of the cessation of operation of a roadside fuel distribution facility.

The notification is also due if the disbursement is zero, since this information cannot be known otherwise.

Failure to report results in an administrative penalty ranging from € 1,000 to € 6,000.

Operators of roadside and private facilities, including agricultural entrepreneurs and those who take fuel from wholesalers, must send the communication.

Communications must be made online by authenticating in the prescribed manner.

In cases of decommissioning of the installation, transfer to another entity or, in the case of road installations, takeover by a new operator, the notification must be sent within 30 days of the event.

The communication must be made

The annual communication can be sent from 1 January and by 31 March each year, with reference to the previous calendar year.

Within a few minutes, an email is sent to the mailbox entered in the form with the receipt and protocol number of the communication.
