Fuel: Subjective Variations in Private Installations

Subjective variations affecting fuel distributors for private use must be communicated to the Province. Specifically, the following events must be communicated

1. the change of name/company name of the owner company;
2. the transfer of ownership of the installation.

Please note that the 'Communication of change of name/company name' form must be submitted when the name and/or company name of the business owner of the installation changes without changing the VAT number, otherwise the 'Communication of transfer of ownership of the installation' form must be submitted.

All companies and local public administrations that need to make changes to a fuel distribution facility for private use that they own in the province .

The dossier must be submitted via the portal https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it/. A guide on how to complete the dossier online is available at the bottom.

There are no deadlines

In the case of notification of transfer of ownership, the notification is verified by the competent office, entered in the file relating to the fuel distribution facility, forwarded to the bodies concerned and the database is updated with notification to the undertaking.

In the case of communication of a change of company name/name, the communication is verified by the competent office, entered in the file relating to the fuel distribution facility and the database is updated without any communication to the undertaking.
