Description
This free service aims to provide support and training to members of the public who wish to learn about topics such as: digital identity, email, the basics of computing, smartphone apps, digital public services, communication tools and much more.
Citizens are not provided with technical assistance, but rather genuine digital empowerment, with the aim of helping them become self-reliant and improve their digital skills.
The service offers two types of support:
- Digital support – Personalised one-to-one training, delivered in person at one of the service points located throughout the province.
During the session, a digital facilitator personally guides the user through the use of technology, listening to their concerns and needs.
Each session lasts 30 minutes.
- Online seminars – Group training through short video-conference courses.
Upon registration, users can take part in training sessions designed to explore the main online public services in greater depth. All the information on how to access this training is availablevia this link.
The first 16 centres are expected to open within the first year of operation, with a further 6 opening the following year, bringing the total to 22 centres, some located at the Province’s outlying offices and others at venues proposed by the Consortium of Trentino Municipalities.
For further information, please see the dedicated project page.
