Sixty-five student-athletes resident in the province and attending a course in the second cycle of education or training have been granted a €1,500 scholarship for 2023 for sporting and scholastic merit. This was established by the director of the Tourism and Sport Service with determination no. 13621 of 12 December 2023, adopted pursuant to Article 24 of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016

Update of the Hazardousness Maps (art. 10 l.p. 9/2011) and of the Hazardousness Summary Map (art. 22 l.p. 15/2015) envisaged by the respective technical reference documents, approved respectively by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1306 of 4 September 2020 and Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 379 of 18 March 2022, it is hereby notified that by Resolution of the Provincial Council no. 1748 of 29 September 2023 its first update was approved.

With Resolution No. 2050 of 20 October 2023, the Provincial Council approved the draft law for a variant to the Provincial Urban Plan (PUP) concerning the East Corridor connection area.

Sports associations and clubs, companies, cooperative societies and non-commercial entities have until 15 October 2023 to submit an application for a contribution for the realisation within the province of projects concerning training courses specifically intended for the generality of athletes or for athletes of at least three sports disciplines. The contribution is provided for by Article 17b of Provincial Law no. 4 of 21 April 2016 "Provincial Law on Sport 2016" and is regulated by the implementation criteria set out in Resolution no. 1707 of 22 September 2023.

The purpose of this policy document is to define, in advance, the framework of the
