The institutional portal of the Province: discussion with citizens and businesses to improve its usability has begun
On 29 September 2022, at the Contamination Lab of the School of Innovation of the University of Trento, a group of accountants and representatives of trade associations carried out a test and comparison experiment on the business services published in the service catalogue of the institutional portal, with the aim of gathering information to orient the description of services to the real experience of users.
