Description
Within the framework of the proceedings concerning the repayment of the exceeding of the expenditure ceiling for the purchase of medical devices in the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 (pay - back) , the Lazio - Rome Regional Administrative Court, by means of several orders, authorised the notification by public proclamations of the procedural acts, upon request of the plaintiff Companies, on the institutional website of the Public Administrations, in order to ensure the integration of the cross-examination of all the structures of the SSN/SSR, other than the Regions, operating in the medical devices sector and which have acquired the same in the reference years, as well as of all the companies which have supplied the above-mentioned public structures with medical devices in the reference years.
The aforementioned publications must be made, under penalty of inadmissibility of the appeals, within the peremptory term of 30 (thirty) days from the communication of the orders ordering the publication, with the deposit of the proof of the
proof of the fulfilment of such prescribed fulfilments within the subsequent peremptory term of a further 30 (thirty) days from the first fulfilment.
In the event that the indicated administrations find it difficult/impossible to comply with the relative fulfilments within the time limits indicated in the orders, given the large number of integration orders to be addressed to them, and formally acknowledge that they have done so, the fulfilment shall be understood as the applicants' forwarding to the indicated administrations the request for the publication in question.
The Autonomous Province of Trento, for the purposes of the above, hereby formally acknowledges and, for all intents and purposes, informs that it finds it difficult/impossible to do so within the time limits set out in the orders themselves, owing to the large quantity of documents to be served by public notice.
It therefore informs that it is providing and will provide as promptly as possible for the publication requirements set forth in the aforementioned orders, compatibly with the technical means and organisational resources at its disposal.
