As per Ministerial Decree of 19 December 2024 published on 21 January 2025, we inform you that the installation of bike, luggage and ski racks on M1 and N1 category vehicles no longer requires a test and subsequent transcription in the vehicle registration document. The portal for submitting applications for access to the measure has been operational since 12 noon on 7 August 2024 in the GSE Customer Area. Important changes were introduced by the Budget Law 2025 concerning the possibility of cumulation with other subsidies, the modification of the tax brackets, and the provision of procedural simplifications.
The total budget is EUR 6.3 billion.
