Within the framework of public participation in environmental assessment procedures, the service allows anyone to send, after authentication through SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale - Public Digital Identity System), CIE (Carta di Identità Elettronica - Electronic Identity Card) or CNS/CPS (Carta Provinciale dei Servizi - Provincial Services Card/National Services Card), public comments within the framework of the procedures for verifying the compatibility of an EIA, preliminary consultation and environmental impact assessment referred to in Provincial Law no. 19 of 17 September 2013
