A Public Administration that also renews itself thanks to new staff. Today in Sala Belli, in the Province's headquarters building, the customary monthly ceremony was held to welcome new employees. This month there are 38 new employees, among them 25 trainees from the fire brigade. They were welcomed by the Councillor for Economic Development, Research and Labour Achille Spinelli, flanked by the general manager of the Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Department Luca Comper, the manager of the Fire and Civil Protection Service and commander of the Trento Fire Brigade's permanent corps Ilenia Lazzeri and the director of the Fondazione Museo Storico del Trentino Giuseppe Ferrandi.
"It is with great pleasure," said Councillor Achille Spinelli to the new recruits, "that we welcome you today. For some time now, we have started this practice of presenting the Province and above all the values, principles and aims that this institution sets itself. We do not just want to welcome you, but we want to make you aware that you are becoming part of an important machine to be proud of. Autonomy will also live through your daily work. We invite you to take an active part in the organisation and to take advantage of the training and growth opportunities that will be offered to you'.
In addressing the new fire brigade trainees who took up their duties on 13 February, Councillor Spinelli emphasised that 'we are certain that your contribution will be fundamental in continuing to guarantee the safety of the Trentino territory'.
