A Public Administration that also renews itself thanks to new staff. Today in Sala Belli, in the Province's headquarters building, the customary monthly ceremony was held to welcome new employees. This month there are 20 new employees, 12 women and 8 men, with an average age of 33.7 years. They were welcomed by the Vice-President of the Autonomous Province of Trento Mario Tonina, flanked by the General Manager of the Organisation, Personnel and General Affairs Department Luca Comper, the General Manager of the Territory, Transport, Environment, Energy and Cooperation Department Roberto Andreatta, and the Manager of the Personnel Service Maria D'Ippoliti.
'It is with great pleasure,' Vice-President Mario Tonina told the new recruits, 'that I am here today to welcome you on behalf of President Fugatti and the entire provincial government. Today's moment is also an opportunity to recall the values and strong identity that characterise the provincial administration and in particular our special Autonomy. Autonomy that over time has allowed us to guarantee the development of our territory through work and closeness to citizens. In fact, the Autonomous Province of Trento is not an apparatus of pure administration because it has always had a high role in guiding and representing the identity and reality of Trentino as it develops. A becoming that is not just an organisational fact, but intimately devoted to a responsibility of self-government that involves its organisation in a profound manner. We must be proud of this'.
