Application for inclusion of a property (including valuable areas and monumental trees) in the list of properties of special landscape interest.

Description

The Provincial Council, after consulting the competent territorial CPC, identifies real estate assets, including valuable agricultural areas and monumental trees, which are of outstanding natural beauty, ecological singularity or form viewpoints characterised by particular beauty or local configuration.

These assets are included in lists managed by the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service.

Proposals for the identification of assets may be submitted ex officio or put forward, by means of an application addressed to the Provincial Council, by anyone who submits adequate documentation for this purpose.

Who it's for

Any subject, public or private, interested in the inclusion of an asset of special landscape interest in the lists managed by the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service.

What to do

Proposals for the identification of assets and their inclusion in the lists may be submitted ex officio or made, by means of an application addressed to the Provincial Council, by anyone who submits adequate documentation for this purpose.

The application must be addressed to the Town Planning and Landscape Protection Service and transmitted by certified email to serv.urbanistica@pec.provincia.tn.it or PiTre interoperability.

The Provincial Council, if it does not declare the proposal unfounded, must decide on it, having heard the opinion of the Municipality concerned.

If the Municipality's opinion is not received within forty days of the request, the Provincial Council shall proceed.

The decision is notified to the interested parties and is published on the notice board of the municipalities concerned for thirty days, or, if notification is difficult, it is published in the Region's Official Bulletin.
